I have a Dodge Grand caravan, which is my first mistake as the transmission at just over 100000 miles went out last year. AAMCO was quick to take the van in despite having a busy schedule and when it kicked out again for a totally different reason a few months later they covered that fix under warranty. Well, over a year after the first fix I thought the transmission went out again and was pretty upset and put a less than flattering review of AAMCO on Google. Regardless, I talked to them about it and they still took it in despite how I had handled my frustration and were very respectful and understanding. Turns out it was just a faulty solenoid which they were happy to fix quickly and under warranty. This whole exchange was so positive I've definitely changed my opinion on the company. Five stars.
